“Die Rechtsanwältin auf dem Gebiet des Strafrechts und Familienrechts und Afa-Mitglied Katja Wörmer ist als Verteidigerin eines der prominentesten Corona-Maßnahmen-Kritiker, RA Dr. Reiner Füllmich, davon überzeugt, dass es sich um einen politischen Prozess handelt. Bereits die Bezeichung “Querdenker-Anwalt”, den die Mainstreammedien in pejorativer Weise verwenden, zeugt davon.
Das Gericht tauschte u.a. während des Prozesses die rechtlichen und tatsächlichen Voraussetzungen der Strafbarkeit aus, ohne der Verteidigung oder dem Angeklagten hierzu erneut rechtliches Gehör zu erteilen.
Zu den Gerichtsverhandlungen wird er an den Händen und Füßen (!) gefesselt verbracht unter Bewachung von mit Maschinenpistolen bewaffneten Polizeibeamten. Es befinden sich stets mehrere Einsatzfahrzeuge der Polizei vor dem Landgericht Göttingen während der Durchführung der Hauptverhandlungstermine. Die während des Prozesses und in der Untersuchungshaft des Mandanten angeordneten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen erinnern eher an die Strafprozesse gegen die Köpfe der RAF oder ähnliche Kaliber.”
